Find out how to recover your product keys if you can’t find them. Recently I was downgrading from Windows 10 back to Windows 8 and I realized I didn’t have my product key. Maybe you lost the packaging your software came in or just can’t find the product key. Whatever the reason this nifty little program will help you find it.
The program is called the Magical Jelly Bean Product Keyfinder and it’s free to use. There is a paid version which can recover product keys using a deeper scan and from the BIOS but it’s usually not needed. The free version can recover keys from over 300 different programs including Microsoft Office 2010, Windows 7, Windows 8, etc.
Step 1) Download and install the Magical Jelly Bean Product Keyfinder here.
Step 2) Launch the program and it will almost immediately find your product keys. Select which program you want the key for and the Magical Jelly Bean will give you all the information you need about that program, including the product key.
It works really quickly and is an easy way to get your product keys for Windows 8, Windows 7, Office 2010 and a range of other programs.
This only works on Windows. If you’re looking for a Mac version you can use the Mac Product Keyfinder here. It also has a free and paid version but the free version should be good enough for most circumstances.
